Privacy Policy — ORIPRIN & BillBrisk Ecosystem

• Authentication & Identity Verification: We collect your mobile phone number exclusively for Firebase Phone OTP authentication and account security.
• Consumer Profile & Delivery Data: Consumers may optionally provide their Full Name, Profile Avatar, and Delivery Address. Delivery details are shared strictly with the specific retail stores the consumer explicitly connects to and orders from.
• Merchant Store Identity: Store Owners provide their Store Name, Store Logo, and Physical Store Address so customers can verify and connect to their retail outlet via QR Code or Unique Store Code.
• Camera & Photo Library Permissions: Camera and gallery access is invoked strictly on user action to scan Store QR codes, digitize handwritten shopping lists, or crop store/profile imagery. All uploaded images are compressed on-device into lightweight WebP format.
• Zero Third-Party Data Selling & End-to-End Security: All API and database traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and guarded by Google Play Integrity / Firebase App Check. ORIPRIN never sells, rents, or shares personal user data with third-party advertisers.

Account & Complete Cloud Data Deletion

In full compliance with Google Play's User Data Deletion requirements, users of BillBrisk and BillBrisk Merchant Hub can permanently erase their account and all associated cloud storage and database records at any time:

1. Instant In-App Self-Service Deletion (0-Wait Automated Purge): Open BillBrisk or BillBrisk Merchant Hub → Tap Settings (Profile icon) → Scroll to the bottom card and tap Delete Account → Confirm Delete Permanently. This immediately wipes your Firebase Auth user, your Firestore documents (Users, Consumers, Owners, and subcollections), and all uploaded product/logo/avatar files in Firebase Cloud Storage.
2. Web / Email Deletion Request (If App is Uninstalled): Contact our Data Privacy Desk via the button below with your registered mobile number and specify whether you wish to delete your Consumer or Merchant account. Manual erasure requests are completed within 48 hours.
